regarding happy99 virus

Hi all,
      I was wondering whose virus scanner picked up on the
happy99 virus.  I recognized the name and didn't open it,
but was surprised that it came right through Norton's Virus
Scan.  I have it running all the time but it downloaded the
message without a murmur.  I specifically aimed it at the
directory holding the mail and it gave it a clean bill of
health.  Then I put that message in its own directory and it
still didn't pick up on it.
